Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Graves' disease; 2. All patients were first diagnosed and none of the patients had been treated for Graves' disease prior to inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients combined with thyroid tumor or thyroiditis; 3. Patients who is more suitable for radioiodine or surgery; 4. Serious hepatic impairment or agranulocytosis; 5. Patients after thyroid surgery or radioiodine therapy.
