Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 164 patients who were deemed to undergo selective operations of liver or spleen resection under general anesthesia, between ASA I-III, aged 22-78 years and weights of 54-83 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included patients with negative Allen test, ulnar artery occlusion, prevalent atherosclerosis, hemorrhagic shock, morbid obesity, Raynould disease, peripheral vascular disease, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cardiogenic shock, coagulation disorders and multiple radial artery interventional therapies.
