Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who are willing to sign the informed consent voluntarily and follow the research program; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of this test, he is diagnosed as TTP patient; 3. Volunteers who are willing take part in this test should be 8-75 years old, male or female; 4. He or she should have no significant heart, lung, liver, kidney and other function abnormal problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are specifically allergic and intolerant to medicines which is used for treatment. 2. Serious cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive system disease 3. HIV positive; 4. Do not sign an informed consent.
