30 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to join the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 30-60; 3. Comply with the indications, and no contraindications; 4. One level lumbar fusion; 5. being able to communicate properly with the researchers, understand and follow orders from the researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection; 2. Local inflammation; 3. fever or Abnormal hemogram; 4. obesity (BMI>=28); 5. Pregnant women and children; 6. Suffering from mental illness; 7. Any potential situation which may influence the effect of fusion implant,such as Malignant tumor, congenital malformation, surgical site fractures, and other basic diseases; 8. Any deformities may influence the bone shape,such as serious osteoporosis, bone absorption,osteopenia and other metabolic disorders spread to the spine; 9. Allergic, rejection and other adverse reactions to the fusion device; 10. patients without fusion surgical indications; 11. insufficient soft tissue coverage; 12. patients with poor compliance; 13. Any other inapproriate cases according to the researcher.
