Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diabetic retinopathy( nonproliferative and proliferative stage) and/or diabetic nephropathy in phase II-IV; 2. HbA1C=18; 6. corrected visual acuity 0.2 or better (standard visual acuity chart or logarithmic visual acuity chart). Attention: patients diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy (nonproliferative and proliferative stage) and 2 to 5 items; patients only with diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy in phase II-IV and 2 to 5 items; patients diagnosed with DR and DN and accord with diabetic retinopathy (nonproliferative and proliferative stage), diabetic nephropathy in phase II-IV and 2 to 5 items.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with sever disease like severe heart disease, abnormal liver tests, and hematopoietic system, psychopath; 2. Patients with severe infections, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperkalemia; 3. women prepare to be pregnant, pregnant or lactating; 4. People participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 5. refractive medium turbidity that is difficult to have the fundus evaluation; 6. Patients with severe ocular disease as glaucoma, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy; 7. Patients with urologic disease like acute or chronic glomerulonephritis, idiopathic nephrotic syndrome, urinary tract infection, obstruction; 8. inspection confirmed that the nephropathy is caused by systemic disease like primary hypertension.
