60 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >60years; 2. diagnosis of complex intertrochanteric fracture; 3. Evans fracture type:type II type III, type IV, type V; 4. no evidence of severe concurrent cardiac, pulmonary, neurologic, or metabolic diseases; 5. adequate hepatic and renal6 Signed informed consent indicating that patients are aware of the clinical trail of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age 95 years; 2. HIV positive; 3. uncontrolled severe fungal infection or tuberculosis; 4. with other progressive malignant diseases.
