14 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. acute leukemia patient according to 2008 WHO criteria, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myloied leukemia with intermediate risk and poor risk; 2. Aged more than 14 years old and less than 60 years old; 3. Physical score 0~2(WHO); 4. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis as acute myloied leukemia with better risk; 2. contraindication of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, e.g. uncontrolled active infection and severe cardiac, hepatic, renal and pulmonary disease; 3. Pregnant; 4. Mental disorder; 5. Physical score>3(WHO); 6. Cann't sign the informed consent document.
