Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gave informed consent; 2. age less than 45 years; 3. diagnosed with CML, as confirmed by the presence of the Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome or the BCR-ABL fusion gene; 4. chronic phase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe irreversible comorbidity, such as renal, hepatic, pulmonary, or cardiac disease; 2. active infection; 3. pregnancy or lactation.
