Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 or above; (2) have a lived experience of mental illness; (3) being able to understand Cantonese; (4) have sufficient level of cognitive functioning to participate in the program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) clinically unstable
