Interventions

control group:with early regional arterial infusion of heparin, 5-fluorouracil, and somatostatin, but without additional DCQD and with antibiotic in vein, enteral nutrition
Chinese traditional medicine group:with the same treatment as in Control group with additional DCQD lavage and early enteral nutrition

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for SAP were enrolled in the study. These patients APACHEII scores were >= 8 and Balthazar CT scores were >=grade II. Patients with biliary obstruction were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria above, but not agree to participate in this trial patients, or allergies, allergic to the drug in this study, or researchers believe that is not suitable to participate in any other case in the trial.
