18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 or above(2) being able to understand Cantonese(3) have sufficient level of cognitive functioning to participate in a 5-week program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having joined Wellness Recovery Action Planning in New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association within one year due to partial overlap of the WRAP and the stigma reduction program.
