18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Living kidney donors; 2. Relatives of recipients within three generations, and completely voluntary; 3. Aged 18-65; 4. Physical and mental health,normal preoperative examinations indicators; 5. Voluntary kidney donation agreement signed, got the approval of operation by Medical Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University; 6. Signed the informed consent; 7. Negative response of pregnancy test of women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Donor and recipient of incompatibility,or CDC is positive; 2. Positive response of test for etiological examination such as Two pairs of semi-hepatitis B, Hepatitis series, Syphilis or HIV; 3. Systemic disease such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus,cirrhosis or coronary disease; 4. Malformation in urinary system, concretion, chronic nephritis or chronic pyelonephritis; 5. psychiatric history, psychological or mental disorder; 6. History of malignancy; 7. Communicable disease; infections disorder such as active hepatitis,tuberculosis, syphilis and AIDS.
