Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for gallstone pancreatitis diagnosis: 1) have the clinical manifestations of acute pancreatitis; 2) the serum amylase is higher than normal limit 3 times above; 3) B ultrasound, CT examination confirmed biliary calculus in biliary tract; 4) AST/ALT levels or serum bilirubin rise; 5) does not exist other causes lead to serum amylase, AST/ALT and bilirubin increase. 2. Biliary obstruction person should have one of the following two conditions: 1) clinical Charcot triple signs or Reynold quintuplet signs; 2) the image examinations discover common bile duct expanding (diameter > 1.0 cm) or combined with intrahepatic bile ducts dilation, and total bilirubin > 40.0 umol/L, direct bilirubin/total bilirubin > 50%. 3. Mold and severe acute pancreatitis classification standard is according to Atlanta classification: severe AP refers to the AP associated with organ dysfunction, or pancreas necrosis, abscess or pseudocyst local complications or both.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are long-term suffering from chronic diseases and poorly controlled, such as diabetics, liver cirrhosis patients, patients after all kinds of transplantation; 2) During the hospital time, patients has noting to do with other diseases need to therapy,such as with varicose vein of lower limb need surgery, cardiovascular diseases need intervention therapy the patient; 3) GP occurred in hospital stay; 4) Patients lack of CT data; 5) Patients against medical ad; 6) Patients can not follow-up visit.
