Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for SAP [18], the following criteria: 1) temperature >=38 degree C; 2) White blood cells count >=20*10^9/L; 3) signs of peritoneal irritation in two or more quadrants; 4) signs of infected pancreatic necrosis on the CT scan (bubble), and verified bacterial growth obtained by fine needle aspiration or intra-operative culture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not meet the diagnostic criteria above or meet the above diagnostic criteria, but not agree to participate in this experiment
