20 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients, age equal or greater than 20 years, select gastrointestinal and colonoscopic endoscopy for health examination; (2) Patient has given informed consent and must be able to sign informed consent; (3) ASA 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to propofol, soybeans or eggs; (2) American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) risk Class 4 or higher; (3) Permanent therapy with an opioid equivalent drug for any reason within 12 months(duration longer than 2 weeks); (4) Severe psychiatric or neurologic diseases; (5) Lack of compliance or pregnancy; (6) Drug and/or alcohol abuse; (7) Current immunosuppressive therapy (more than 40mg of a corticoid per day or azathioprine); (8) Chemotherapy with 2 weeks; (9) Radiotherapy; (10) History of gastric, colonic or rectal resection; (11) Patients referred because of gastrointestinal symptoms, iron-deficiency anemia, positive fecal occult blood test results, or any other diagnostic purpose.
