Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who suffered severe osteonecrosis of femoral head (mainly ARCOIIIC or above) and hip osteoarthritis who need to undergone total hip arthorplasty (THA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fisrtly,patients who need to accept longtime immune-supportive medicne (mianly steroid drugs) because of suffering immune system disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis, nephrotic syndrome,systemic lupus erythematosus and ect.) two weeks before patch-testing,along with those who had used antihistamine drugs two days pre-test were exclued.Secondly, patch-testing site (mainly on the back) appears skin damage or in cute dermatitis period. Finally, low compliance patients are alse excluded.
