18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient acute stroke patients (Age 18-80 years); 2. NRS 2002 >=3; 3. severe dysphasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency; 2. Severe hepatic insufficiency; 3. Chronic renal failure, who are receiving hemodialysis; 4. NRS 2002<3; 5. No dysphasia; 6. Mild or moderate dysphasia.
