Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To meet the various connective tissue disease diagnostic criteria; 2. Have cough, sputum production, chest tightness, chest pain and shortness of breath and other respiratory performance, and to exclude obstructive ventilatory defect; 3. Lung function: a restrictive ventilatory dysfunction, gas dispersion function was reduced; 4. The image changes of HRCT examination revealed ground-glass, grid -like, honeycomb-like fiber cords shadow and cystic degeneration; 5. Lung biopsy performance in line with the 2002 ATS / ERS developed seven pathological manifestations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ILD caused by the non- CTD 2. Pregnancy, lactation, beyond the control of congestive heart failure, severe diarrhea; 3. acute infection or malignancy; 4. severe pulmonary hypertension; 5. serum creatinine >=2.0 mg/dl; 6. Liver function >=2 times the upper limit of normal.
