Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: HCV RNA>=500 copies/mL; there are no gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, primary liver cancer and the other complications; the patient with Child-Pugh score B/C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: infection with HAV, HBV, HDV, HEVand EBV, CMV, HIV; history of alcohol and drug-induced liver disease and severe heart, brain, kidney disease.
