Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear exposure; 2. blood culture suggestive of brucellosis; 3. vascular agglutination test is positive, a titer of 1: 50or more; 4. Aged 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other severe internal diseases; 2. Patients suffering from typhoid, paratyphoid fever, rheumatic fever, tuberculosis, malaria; 3. Other situations that the researcher considered not appropriate for this trial.
