Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In the age 30-75 years old, male or female; 2. unstable angina.Diagnosis standard basis treatment guidelines of ACC/AHA on unstable angina pectoris/the st-elevation myocardial infarction; 3. required coronary angiography and one 50%-70% stenosis plaque was selected as target plaque in each patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 75 years old.Weighing less than 50 kg; 2. Also with a variety of diseases; 3. with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, Especially of diabetic nephropathy; 4. Serious infection, perioperative and shock; 5. Combined application of Ciclosporin, Verapamil, Amiodarone; 6. have myopathy or unexplained muscle acid phosphorus enzyme heighten; 7. already treated with statins.
