Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients undergoing in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer in the Medical Centre of Reproductive,shenzhen Hospital of Peking University, Shenzhen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the patients undergoing these study had no tubal fluid, endometrial polyps and no anatomical abnormalities of the uterus.
