18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with low fever, night sweats, fatigue,back pain or paralysis; 2. Imaging examination found sequestrum, paravertebral abscess or gravitation abscess, vertebral obvious destruction, kyphosis or spinal canal compression; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. Well obedient, and with clear operation indications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases of thoralumbar vertebra, such as cancer, intervertebral disc herniation or cervical spondylosis which may influence clinical observation; 2. With operation contraindication: such as serious heart and lung disease, blood coagulation disorders, or pregnant women, etc.; 3. With addiction to drugs or alcohol; 4. With mental illness; 5. Poor obedient or do not wish to join the subjects.
