Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients hadto meet the modified New York clinical criteria in 1984 for definite Ankylosing spondylitis; 2. patients can provid the informed consent document in writting, and agree to abide by the requirement for the research plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. patients who have severe systemic diaease; no perceptibility or can not take care of onself in daily life;malignant tumor.
