Tomo Group:64-66Gy in 20-27 fractions of 2.2-2.8Gy/fraction, 5 times a week
3DCERT/IMRT Group:70Gy in 35 fractions of 2 Gy/fraction, 1 time per day, 5 times a week

30 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. esophageal carcinoma of diagnosis confirmed by pathology; 2. no surgery or radiation for the primary tumor; 3. no Age limitation; 4. KPS more than 80 scores; 5. Understanding and writing informed consent regarding this trail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis; 2. KPS score less than 80; 3. failure to complete the radiotherapy; 4. the accidental death in the course of radiation which had nothing with the tumor itself.
