Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 2006, the Chinese Medical diagnosis Diseases will be infected with liver failure and artificial liver study group, the Chinese Medical Association Hepatology severe liver disease and liver artificial liver failure study group developed standard treatment guidelines; 2. aged 18 to 65 years of age; 3. willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer and other causes of liver failure patients; 2. Were reluctant to sign the informed consent.
