Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NGT group: aged 23 to 70 yeas old, BMI between 19kg/m2 to 23kg/m2, had no heart, brain or lung disease, no high blood pressure, blood lipid disorders, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis history. No family history of diabetes, hypertension; the blood fat spectrum, liver and kidney funtion or blood uric acid concentration are all within the normal range. HINS and IGT group: aged between 23 to 70 yeas old, BMI between 19kg/m2 to 23kg/m2, had no serious heart, brain or lung disease, no chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis history, Liver function is no more than 2.5 times of the normal range, serum creatinine < 133 umol/l, no endocrine and other diseases which influence the glycometabolism. If the patient had a history of hypertension, after treatment, blood pressure should control as systolic blood pressure < 160 mmHg, diastolic pressure < 100 mmHg before admmited. All respondents were not taking any drugs that may affect the insulin sensitivity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with known cancer; serious systemic disease,patients with poor compliance, the researchers consider the patient is not suitable to participate in the research or who will affect the results.
