18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients had to meet the modified New York clinical criteria in 1984 for definite ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Patients can provid the informed consent document in writing, and agree to abide by the requirement for the of the research plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients who have severe systemic disease; no perceptibility or can not take care of oneself in daily life; malignant tumor.
