Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 40 Years and old; 2. Diagnosed with osteoarthritis according to the American College of Rheumatology criteria; 3. Radiological alterations in the knee joint of grade 2 or more according to Kellgren-Lawrence criteria; 4. The course more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain in the knee caused by inflammatory, malignant, or autoimmune disease; 2. Serious acute or chronic organic disease or mental disorder; 3?Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. Blood coagulation disorders; 5. Coagulation-inhibiting medication other than aspirin.
