18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female,age arranged from 18 to 85; 2. According to BCLC; 3. Patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus; 4. At least has one unobstructed portal vein ; 5. Volume of tumor 50*10^9/L; 8. Volunteer signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Occurred gut biood in 3 months; 2. Serious coagulation obstruction,PLT<50*10^9/L; 3. Serious liver cirrhosis (child-pugh c); 4. Uncontrolled infections: septicemia,bile duct infection,liver abscess and etc. 5. Serious diseases of heart,brain and kindey ; 6. Prehnancy and breast-feed women; 7. Not suitable for the study.
