18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CKD stage III-V, non-dialysis patients; 2. Aged between 18~75; 3. Beijing residents that can be regularly followed up; 4. Voluntary to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With contraindications for EPO; 2. Active tuberculosis and hepatitis; 3. Active immunological diseases; 4. Acute renal failure; 5. With history of acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction and hemorrhage in the last year; 6. With other disease and life expectancy < 2 years; 7. Require renal replacement therapy within one year; 8. Pregnant females or women that plan their pregnancy in 3 years; 9. With chronic wasting diseases or severe malnutrition; 10. Use of steroids drugs or immunosuppressive drugs; 11. With psychological disorders.
