Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first diagosis is AMI, i ncluding non ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pations refuse to sign informed consent form, poor compliance, or poor follow-up; 2. Incomplete data; 3. Pations combine with psychosis, malignant tumor, and protopathy of severe liver, kidney, blood systems and nervous system; 4. Pations combine with cardiogenic shock; 5. AMI pations need CABG; 6. Pations are joining in other trials; 7. Pregnancy and lactation women.
