Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were in accordance with diagnosis standard of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (WHO); 2. Sensory and motor diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 3. Symptomatic peripheral neuropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being or prepare to be pregnant; 2. Patients with alergic diseases; or servere liver or kidney diseases or acute infection; 3. Autonomic neuropathy.
