20 Years to 501 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gastric cancer proved by endoscopy and biopsy; 2. potentially resectable disease by preoperative staging assessment, including UICC cTNM stage I-IIIa (cT1N0M0-cT3N1M0, except cT4N0M0); 3. range of age from 18 yrs to 75 yrs; 4. BMI no more than 30 kg/m^2; 5. WHO performance scale less than 2 score; 6. no limitation to gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. concurrent other type malignances of stomach, such as lymphoma or GIST; 2. history of any previous malignances; 3. accompanied with severe co-morbidities and intolerant to major abdominal surgery; 4. history of previous upper-abdominal surgery; 5. operation for the emergencies of perforation or huge hemorrhage of gastric cancer; 6. receival of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy or radiochemotherapy.
