Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The internalized standard for the Healthy volunteers: 1. Non-medical professional Students between 21 to 28; 2. Regular diet, no abuse of alcohol, tobacco, tea, or coffee, normal sleep, moderate size; 3. Right-handed; 4. Subjects were informed, voluntarily signed the informed consent form. The internalized standard for the stroke patients: 1. In line with the the diagnostic criteria of ischemic encephalopathy including "stroke diagnosis criteria and efficacy" of stroke patients and "all types of cerebral vascular disease diagnosis"; 2. Typical partial body movement and sensory dysfunction; 3. Condition Stable; 4. Regular diet, no abuse of alcohol, tobacco, tea, or coffee, normal sleep, moderate size; 5. A month before the trial and testing process, other treatment methods (Chinese and Western medicines) are relatively fixed; 6. between 40 and 65 years old; 7. Right handedness; 8. Volunteers should be informed and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: all types of pain (including dysmenorrheal), depression, and other physical and mental symptoms around the experiment (3 months); (3) no acupuncture treatment in the near term (3 Months); (4) with congenital, tumors and vascular disorders in the central nervous system; (5) whole-body metabolism disorder, immune disease and peripheral neuropathy; (6) with serious heart, liver and kidney disease, endocrine or blood disease; (7) thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, coagulation disorder; (8) history of taking mental drugs; (9) metals like substances in the body Stroke patients should be excluded: (1) stroke patients the acute phase and the condition is not stable; (2) with duration more than 1 year; (3) received acupuncture treatment one month before test; (4) merger with serious disease in other organs that could impact handling, such as cerebral hemorrhage, serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe infections, malignant hypertension, brain stem and cerebellum lesions and malignant tumors; (5) severe aphasia, mentally barriers and mental illness (including claustrophobic Phobia) can not be partners; (6) all kinds of obvious pain (including dysmenorrhea), or taking painkillers, drugs that can affect the brain metabolism within 3 months; (7) pregnant women and breast-feeding patients; (8) weak patients that can not afford to 4 hours’ fasting; (9) diabetes patients with blood glucose not controlled i in the normal range in the near future , and oral hypoglycemic agents-dependent or insulin-dependent patients; (10) no guarantee of drug taking 4 hours before the test; (11) metals like substances in the body, such as cardiac stents, pacemakers and metal dentures; (12) thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, coagulation dysfunction and other indications that are not suitable for acupuncture; (13) no response to acupuncture and over response to acupuncture.
