Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI above the 85th percentile for overweight, and normal BMI for normal control; age from 12 to 16 years old, no limit on sex; good compliance, willing to sign the inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary obesity; diagnosed diabetes and heart, brain, lung, kidney and movement system diseases; Alt over two times of normal range; acute stress condition within one month; progressive fatal disease; alcohol and drug abuse; chronic disease receiving treatment; history of mental disease; can't finish the follow-up or poor compliance; unwilling to sigh the inform consent.
