Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: high myopia and regular corneal astigmatism more than 0.50 diopter (D) and less than 3.00 D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included irregular corneal astigmatism, keratoconus or keratoconus suspect, current uveitis, marked corneal scarring , pannus, and pterygium in preoperative topography,unclear cornea, with no history of previous ocular surgery.
