18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18-75 years old; 2. diagnosed with intractable skin ulcer; 3. blood supply of ulcer surface is good in clinical evaluation; 4. Outpatient and hospitalized patients; 5. Agreed to participate in the experiment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be took or had taken MAO inhibitors before 2 weeks the start of the experiment (e.g., optimal ning phenelzine); 2. Lactating women or pregnant women; 3. Have allergies for many drugs or recently have allergic diseases; 4. Has a serious lung disease (such as unstable angina cardiac insufficiency in III level, myocardial infarction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), episodes cor pulmonale) cirrhosis diabetic nephropathy above ? period is still unstable by the positive medical treatment; 5. Diseases of the blood system; 6. Ulcer caused by malignant tumor; 7. patient with mental illness and can't give a exact expression; 8. Ulcer surface with pseudomonas aeruginosa, anaerobic bacteria or fungal infection; 9. patient who participated in other clinical experiment about new drugs in recent one month.
