20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20 to 75 years old; (2) the ECOG function score 0 to 2 points;Have measurable lesions; (3) the basic normal important viscera function; (4) patients receiving cisplatin based chemotherapy regimens, and be able to comply with and follow-up research. (5) signed informed consent and agree to randomly into groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the ECOG function score 3 points or above; (2) important viscera function is not normal; (3) do not accept platinum based chemotherapy regimens, and able to compliance and follow-up research; (4) does not sign the informed consent, not agree randomly into groups.
