Tracheal protuberance:Measure the distance between the lowest point of tracheal carina to SVC-RAA Junction with the chest CT
Measure with body surface:Measure the distance between the middle point of thoracoclavicular joint to SVC-RAA Junction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who need to be implantation port in our hospital from 2017-12-01 to 2-18-02-28

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not accepting this research program; 2. The excursion of the trachea or spinal column; 3. Refusal of postoperative chest CT review; 4. A patient with abnormal heart rate.
