19 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Metachronous and Synchronous supraclavicular lymph node metastasis was diagnosed by fine needle aspiration biopsy or pathological assessment after supraclavicular lymph nodes dissection; 2. Adult aged 18-65 years old, breast cancer was diagnosed by fine needle aspiration biopsy or pathological assessment after breast cancer surgery; 3. without distant metastasis; 4. the Karnofsky score was more than 80 points; ASA score < III, patients can tolerate surgery, no obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 5. informed consent patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis; 2. contraindications of radiotherapy.
