Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. according to the CKD diagnostic criteria, and for the CKD3-4 stage of non dialysis patients; 3. patients who volunteered to participate in the management of chronic diseases and signed informed consent; 4. patients with writing and reading skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating patients; 2. patients with active malignancy, decompensated cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematopoietic system of severe primary disease; severe cardiopulmonary disease; severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure greater than 200, greater than or equal to 120) and difficult to control blood pressure; severe bone disease cannot tolerate joint movement; 3. mentally ill; 4. other researchers are participating.
