Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Need surgical treatment of thyroid benign lesions and without lymph node metastasis in differentiated thyroid cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis of transit routine surgery
