Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. current symptoms met the diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia according to ICD-10 (the international statistical classification of diseases and related health problems, 10th revision); 2. not taking antipsychotic drugs half a month before the admission; 3. aged ?18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. abuse of alcohol and psychoactive substances; 2. pregnant or lactating female patients; 3. have fatty liver disease,renal failure,arthritis, diabetes,coronary heart disease,hyperthyreosis,or other medical diseases; 4. confined to bed or a wheelchair; 5. infection or a history of alcohol intake within the previous week.
