15 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The cartilage detect area is more than 4cm2; (2) Caused by trauma or osteochondritis dissecans of osteochondritis cartilage defects; (3) 15-55 years of age; (4) Patients are willing to accept and implement a rigorous rehabilitation program; (5) No systemic infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Rheumatoid arthritis or inflammatory-related cartilage defects; (2) The body mass index (BMI) higher than 1.5 times the normal amount of obesity; (3) Except for the following: infectious diseases, such as HIV, hepatitis b, hepatitis c, syphilis, etc; (4) Associated with systemic or localized infection
