Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We accept male patients no less than 70 years old. Digital rectal examination indicate prostate enlargement to I to III degree. Serum PSA should be more than 4ng/ml. Inspetion of MRI or enhanced CT indicate size and location of prostatic tubercle. Transrectal ultrasound guided perineal prostate biopsy and pathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of T1 to T2 phase localized prostatic adenocarcinoma and benign prostate hyperplasia. Urodynamics inspection judged 2 to 6 grade of urinary tract obstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We can exclude the patient who received radical prostatectomy or radiotherapy.
