Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) of conventional medicine; Meet the diagnostic criteria of syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and be confirmed by two senior experts; 3. Two Chinese experts with advanced professional title major in blood disease; 4. Symptomatic anemia with no del(5q), serum EPO=500U/mL, no response to EPO; Symptomatic anemia with no del(5q), serum EPO=500U/mL, no response to IST; clinically relevant thrombocytopenia or neutropenia or increased marrow blasts; high risk MDS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of secondary MDS; 2. Patients of 5q-; 3. Previously treated with methylation; 4. Complicated with other hematologic or non-hematologic tumor; 5. Complicated with serious organic lesion in heart, liver or kidney; 6. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 7. Patients surffering from mental disorder; 8. Patients of category A or B infectious disease.
