Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients who selected should be confirmed by two of ultrsonic associate professor or professorthe and one of associate professor or professorthe of surgery, and meet all of the following conditions: 1) Ultrasound find single suspicious malignant nodules, 1 cm or less in diameter, not close to the capsule (2 mm or higher), FNA confirmed (checked by at least one pathological associate professor or professorthe ) of papillary carcinoma, neck without suspicious lymph node metastasis; 2) After the assessment, the patient's condition cannot tolerate surgery or refused surgical treatment; 3) patients feel pressure about tumor and refuses to clinical observation (patients with minimally invasive interventional therapy).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comply with any of the following article is ruled out: 1) confirmed by FNA that it is multifocal papillary thyroid microcarcinoma; 2) bulky calcifications in PTMC; 3) suspicious metastatic lymph nodes were founded; 4) patients with a family history of thyroid cancer or (and) radiotherapy history and other risk factors; 5) contralateral vocal cord function abnormal; 6) serious coagulation disorders; 7) Severe lung or(and) heart disease; 8) Refused to sign the informed consent.
