Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The previous history of ulcers, conservative medical treatment is poor; 2. Peptic ulcer with active bleeding, involving the blood vessels, ulcers had old blood scab adhesion; 3 huge ulcers (diameter> 2.0cm); 4. gastroduodenal ulcer; 5. depressed ulcer deep serosal; 6. upper gastric ulcers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 75 years old; 2. severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. coagulation disorders; 4. exclude cirrhosis, portal hypertension gastropathy; 5. malignant ulcer.
