Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnose standard of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) 2017 guidelines; stable clinical condition with no exacerbations longer than 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other serious cardiopulmonary disease including asthma, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, unstable cardiac disease; (2) Patients in state of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or interstitial pulmonary fibrosis that associate pulmonary infection, severe respiratory failure; (3) Patients combined with other muscle neurological deficiencies; (4) Patients unable to complete a pulmonary rehabilitation program, 6MWD and pulmonary function test; (5) Patients previous participated in a pulmonary rehabilitation program.
